The Borzoi, or Russian Wolfhound, is a member of the group of hunting dogs called sighthounds, open field running dogs once used by Cossacks to hunt wolves. Their flowing hair and uniquely slender faces make them a great subject for this bronze bust of show quality anatomy. The stylized neck and coat blend with realism in this rendering. Edition limited to 12 castings.

The collectible regal borzoi in bronze, sculpted by Stefan Savides. Overall height of the piece is 11.5 inches, by 5.5 inches wide. From front to back, 7.0 inches.
